Location: India (Remote Position for Dubai-Based Consultancy)  

Industry: Manpower & Recruitment Consultancy  

Experience Required: 3-4 Years (Manpower Recruitment experience in India, focused on Gulf Countries)

We are a leading Dubai-based Manpower Consultancy specializing in providing recruitment solutions for the Gulf region. Our team is dedicated to sourcing top-tier talent across a wide range of industries, focusing on White, Grey, and Blue Collar roles. We are expanding our operations and looking for a highly skilled Recruiter cum Business Development Officer to join our team, remotely based in India.

Position Overview:  

As a Recruiter cum Business Development Officer, you will play a dual role in driving both recruitment efforts and business development initiatives for our consultancy. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing candidates, maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth in the Gulf region. This position requires someone with 3 to 4 years of experience in a manpower agency, with a specific focus on recruiting for the Gulf Countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment:  
  • Source, screen, and select candidates for White, Grey, and Blue Collar roles across various sectors.  
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations to ensure the best fit for client requirements. 
  • Maintain and update a pool of candidates for different skill sets, ensuring timely recruitment cycles.

  

  • Business Development:  
  • Identify and target potential clients in the Gulf region.  
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their recruitment needs. 
  • Present tailored recruitment solutions to clients, driving new business and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the Dubai team to streamline recruitment strategies and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in a manpower agency in India, with a strong focus on Gulf recruitment.  
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of White, Grey, and Blue Collar recruitment for Gulf countries.  
  • Skills:  
  • Strong business development and client relationship management skills. 
  • Proficient in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for a variety of industries.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
