Location: Saudi Arabia
Salary: SAR 15,000 – 17,000 per month
Experience: 10-15 years
Job Description:
A leading fabrication factory in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Production Manager with expertise in the fabrication of tanks, steel structures, vessels, heat exchangers, and piping. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the production process, overseeing teams, ensuring quality standards are met, and ensuring that all projects are completed within deadlines and budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the fabrication of tanks, vessels, steel structures, heat exchangers, and piping.
- Lead and manage production teams, ensuring adherence to safety standards and maintaining high-quality output.
- Manage production schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate workflows to meet project deadlines.
- Implement lean manufacturing practices to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Regularly report on production progress, and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10-15 years of experience in production management within a fabrication facility.
- Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, industry standards, and quality control.
- Proven experience in leading production teams and managing large-scale fabrication projects.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (preferred).
- Experience in a fabrication facility working with tanks, vessels, steel structures, heat exchangers, and piping.
- Familiarity with Saudi regulations and industry practices is a plus.
